Unlike other downmarket sites KMO does not plaster every corner of the site with banners advertising gay porn sites.
Unlike other downmarket sites KMO does not have annoying pop-ups advertising moblie phone smilies.
However, like other sites, it costs money to keep KMO running. Apart from the ongoing web hosting costs, there are the hardware and software costs.
KMO has been a non-comercial site form the beginning and it is going to continue that way.
