Farewell Boyd & Sky! TV Soap, Australia, 6th August 2007
It's a sad day in Ramsay Street when Harold must say goodbye to the grand-daughter he only discovered not so long ago and Steph must part from the young man she has watched mature from a young tearaway.
Sky (Stephanie McIntosh) gets a wake-up call and realises she has been selfish in keeping her daughter Kerry away from her father for so long. Sensing her sadness, Harold (Ian Smith) sets aside his needs and suggests she move to Port Douglas to be closer to Dylan (Damien Bodie).
Racked with guilt at the idea of leaving her grandad, Sky turns to Susan (Jackie Woodburne) for advice. Eventually she realises she can't stay in Erinsborough for Harold's sake and makes the painful decision to leave.
Inspired by his friend's will to change her life, Boyd (Kyal Marsh) decides to fulfil his dream to go travelling.
Steph (Carla Bonner) fears she has unintentionally driven Boyd away, but he reveals to her his desparate need to rediscover himself.
